What Data is Deleted vs. Retained
✓ Permanently Deleted Immediately
- Account Profile: User ID, name, email address, and authentication tokens.
- Asset Records: Appliance/vehicle details, serial numbers, models, brands, purchase dates, and prices.
- Uploaded Files: Receipts, invoices, warranty cards, insurance policies, and service bills stored in cloud storage.
- Service History & Logs: All maintenance logs, reminder schedules, and notes.
- AI Extraction Logs: Any cached text or extracted fields tied to your account.
⚠ Retention Schedule & Subscriptions
- Encrypted Backups (7 Days): To protect against accidental loss or system disaster, database snapshots are retained in encrypted rotating backups for up to 7 days, after which they are permanently and automatically overwritten.
- Google Play Subscriptions: Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. You must cancel your subscription directly in the Google Play Store (Menu → Subscriptions) to prevent Google from billing your payment method.
